Romanian company formation and documentation necessary :
3 possible names for the company’s name registration;
contract owned by the head office and the identity card of the owner ;
notarial warrant with apostil for company formation in Romania, in the name and for the account of the consignor, referring at the company name;
notarial declaration under its responsibility regarding : court and fiscal records, non-resident status in Romania, signature specimen, in conformity with the Romanian laws for being able to be a single associate or an administrator;
identity card copy of members/administrators;
objects of the new company;
members and administrators percentage.
The establishment of a LTD company has a basic cost of 650 € + social capital, doesn't necessarily require the physical presence in Romania and the normal procedure takes about 7 days.
